Lights-On Consulting Limited is an IT and management consultancy practice

Established in 2005 Lights-On specialises in the legal sector but carries out work for
sectors outside of legal which maintains a broader commercial view.

Our Team

Our team has a breadth and depth of technology and sector knowledge that is hard to find in a single consultancy. We are a close knit team – when you employ the services of one consultant, you benefit from all.

Our History

Lights-On was set-up in 2005 and has followed a "quality above growth" principle ever since. We now have 6 consultants and two support staff and we have worked for over a hundred clients.

Lights-On offers a wide range of consultancy services including IT reviews, IT systems and service tendering procurement, IT strategy development, mentoring, organisation review and design and interim management or "IT Director as a service".

CSR

We are conscious that there are people less lucky or able than ourselves. Our CSR programme to date has been limited to confidential contributions to charities and charitable events and taking part in charitable events to raise money.

Confidentiality

Consulting is a confidential business and the sectors in which we operate demand even greater levels of confidentiality. We take it very seriously and practice what we preach.

Experience is as much about learning from mistakes as it is from doing things right first time from planning and consideration.

Independence

That ethos of “if it feels wrong, even if others don’t think it is, then avoid it” remains a strong principle for Lights-On today.

Integrity

Integrity is at the heart of what we do. We are not a regulated industry like the legal sector in which we often operate however we treat work as if we were regulated.

Knowledge

Most of Lights-On’s consultants come from a wide background of IT and management covering sectors as wide as banking, the energy sector, manufacturing and consultancy.
