Design and hosting of a series of workshops for four collaborating leading legal IT suppliers designed to further understand the market and issues faced by law firms.

- A one day intensive briefing to a legal IT supplier on knowledge management in law firms - what works, what doesn't and what's hot and what's not.

|
- Conducting review of legal IT market for a global IT supplier and advising them on product positioning and likely market direction.
|
|
- Review of a long running critical project for Norfolk police constabulary delivering advice on project viability and how to bring the project back on track to achieve a successful delivery combined with vendor selection and negotiation.

|
- Long term strategic advisor to a SME law firm in Leeds. After getting to know the firm well, acting as the firm's IT Advisor and confidant to the Managing Partner and IT manager, steering them both strategically and providing appropriate information on the market and legal IT sector direction.
- Conducting a complete infrastructure evaluation and re-design covering WAN, SERVER, STORAGE and E-MAIL re-design together with tendering and selecting suppliers to implement the new design infrastructure for the firm.
