Lights-On has been advising a regional firm on its management and resilielce of e-mail covering systems, procedures, set-up and infrastructure.

Lights-On has won the contract to conduct a full IT review for a large international firm. The review is of all strategic and operational aspects of IT within the firm advising them on a wide gamut of topics and areas within IT.

Lights-On was appointed by a small commercial firm de-merging from an American giant to assist with the selection of a PMS and then appointed as project advisor and programme manager to assist with the implementation. The project was under critical time frames due to the need for the de-merged firm to act autonomously. We are advising on other more general matters.

As long term trusted advisor to a 600+ sized international law firm, we have recently been appointed to manage the formal tendering process for a new practice management system.

Strategic review for a top 100 law firm |

Lights-On was called in to review the IT position for a top 100 law firm and then to assist in the development of the IT strategy. This has led to a long term relationship assisting with major projects and large procurements and we are now retained as their trusted advisor and assisting with case management implementation and a PMS selection amongst other projects.
